Report an Issue

We welcome any feedback or reports of issues you encounter while using RASP. Your contributions help us make RASP better and provide a better experience for everyone!

Before You Report​

Please take a moment to read through the following guidelines to help us quickly resolve your issue:

  1. Search for existing issues: Check if the issue has already been reported. You can check below for open issues.
  2. Be specific: Provide as much detail as possible about the issue you're encountering. The more information we have, the easier it will be to fix.
  3. Include steps to reproduce: If you're reporting a bug, please provide a clear set of steps to reproduce the issue. This helps us replicate the problem and resolve it quickly.
  4. Provide system/environment details: If applicable, provide information about your environment (e.g., browser, operating system, version numbers).

How to Report an Issue​

Please try to include following details while reporting an issue -

  1. Title: Provide a concise title for your issue.
  2. Description: Describe the issue you're experiencing in detail. Include any relevant error messages or unexpected behavior.
  3. Steps to Reproduce: List the steps needed to reproduce the issue.
  4. Expected Outcome: Explain what you expected to happen.
  5. Actual Outcome: Describe what actually happened.
  6. Screenshots/Logs: If applicable, attach screenshots, screen recordings, or log files that show the problem.
